I'm an existing app member & having trouble accessing my account via the app
The old app, Greenleaf Eats, will no longer work as of Wednesday, 3/31. You will need to delete the old app, download the new one, and request a password reset here. Once you request a new password and complete the password reset, you will be able to login and see all of your current info!
I received a loyalty card in-restaurant, now what?!
Simply follow the directions on the back to register your card. Once you register your card, you will be able to use your phone-number to earn rewards the next time you visit us. You can also order online or download the mobile app to order ahead for pick-up (and delivery!)
How do I request a new password?
Go to rewards home, under account login, click “request a password reset”
How do I redeem rewards when I order on the app?
Sign-in to the app, start your order, and be sure to add the item that corresponds to the reward you want to use to your cart. Once you make it to the checkout screen, select “apply rewards” to see your available rewards. Click the reward you want to use to apply it to your order.
How do I update my email preferences? I used to receive emails from Greenleaf, but now I don't.

Once you create an account online or via our new mobile app, you will be able to set your preferences, and easily order ahead. You instantly start earning rewards for dine-in, pick-up & delivery.
How do I redeem using a code vs. reward?
Rewards are earned and saved in your account as you earn them. Special codes can be provided for special offers and promotions. To see available rewards, visit your account section and see rewards. If you would like to apply a reward, you can apply available rewards from the checkout screen.
To redeem a promotional code, you will enter it in the coupon code section. You’ll need t make sure that you have added the qualifying items or purchase amount for the code to work.
